By accessing or using AuditAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AuditAI is a professional audit management platform designed for licensed accounting and audit firms. The Service provides tools for audit planning, documentation, and reporting. It does not constitute legal or professional accounting advice.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate firm and contact information.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful professional purposes. You may not: (a) share credentials with unauthorized parties; (b) upload malicious or illegal content; (c) reverse-engineer the Service; or (d) use the Service to store or transmit data in violation of applicable law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all client data you upload to the Service. We process your data only to provide and improve the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments after 30 days' notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outputs meet any professional standard. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditAI's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
